I offer two basic AutoCAD House Plans packages:

"Bid Set"
available to non-licensed individuals.
With this House Plan package you can get pricing quotes from builders, contractors and/or suppliers.
Final engineering may be required based on your site location and municipality requirements prior to permitting.
In most cases the House Plans received will be sufficient for permitting and construction.
A
"Construction Documents Set"
available to the licensed Architect/Contractor/Builder.
This is a complete House Plans permitting package based on engineering and submittal requirements provided by your firm.
