AutoCAD House Plans - Construction Documents

AutoCAD House Plans - Construction Documents:
Here is a "Construction Documents Set" available to the licensed Architect/Contractor/Builder.
This is a permitting package based on engineering and submittal requirements provided by your firm.
Exactly what constitutes a complete permitting submittal package varies according to the submitting firm
as well as requirements specified by the issuing municipalities.
This package may or may not be considered complete based on these standards.

Pricing:
$0.65 per square foot or straight billing at $25.00 per hour (standard construction).
Down payment - none.
Changes or additions after approvals - $25.00 per hour
Billed weekly or upon completion, net 10.

Note on determining the "square foot" value:
It includes all slab or floor surface under truss, like a second floor, loft, or basement included in plans.
It includes attached or unattached garage floor areas included in plans.
It includes any lanais, porches, decks or sidewalks included in plans.
It does not include a floored attic area unless that area will be finished and requires a plan sheet.

Foundation Plan
Floor Plans
Exterior Elevation Plans
Electrical Plans
Door and Window Schedule
1 Cross Section (wall - roof to ground)
Printable PDF or DWF for reviews
AutoCAD 2004.dwg format (unless requested otherwise)

Additional Items:
Additional sheets such as interior elevations or site plan are billed at a rate of $25.00 per hour.
Additional Cross Sections, and other details are billed at a rate of $25.00 per hour.
Additional schedules such as fixtures, wall and floor finish are billed at a rate of $25.00 per hour.

Payment, Review and Delivery Schedule:
Preliminary Floor Plan review
Final Floor Plan review and approval
Preliminary Elevations, Electrical, Plumbing review
Final Elevations, Electrical, Plumbing review and approval
Final Review of Sections, Details and Schedules
Package Delivery
Billing - Payment

Note on Delivery Time:
Delivery of the final package will depend on how busy I am at the time and the complexity of the house being drawn.
Most plans can be delivered in two weeks.

Warranties and Exclusions:
I am not an Engineer or Architect.
Your firm retains responsibility for structural requirements, code and zoning compliance.
You may request correction of errors at no additional fee for a period of 30 days after delivery.
Liability will be limited to correction and replacement of the electronic files.
The incurred cost of any replacement plots or prints is excluded.
